Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional. Each of tour guides was born in and still lived in the city/town in which we had the tour so they knew everything! The hotels were beautiful and in great locations. We planned the trip initially because of a wedding in Italy in late February. I was a little concerned about traveling then because of the weather, but Gina encouraged me to go forward with the trip and to “just bundle up”! We took warm jackets and waterproof shoes and we’re glad we did. It was definitely cold and rained and even a little snow, but there were no crowds at all.
