After consulting our supplier network, we will design your custom proposal. You’ll provide feedback and we’ll make adjustments. Together we will create your dream itinerary so that it reflects your vision.
Reserve
After the design phase, we will reserve all aspects of your trip including hotels, flights, guides, transfers, tee times, tickets to concerts, sporting events or anything else you dream. You will receive your final itinerary, invoice and a travel insurance quote. Sit back, relax and enjoy the anticipation.
Stay in Touch
Before your travels, you will receive final travel documents including 24/7 contacts and phone numbers for local support in case you have questions or if you encounter problems during your trip.
Enjoy
Enjoy your travel experience. If there are any bumps along the way, we will help smooth them out. You have 24/7 local support.

Can I book a hotel only?To Book a Virtuoso Hotel only Click HERE We will then follow up with you and the hotel to make sure that you receive VIP guest status, Virtuoso amenities and the best service. If you are not registered, you will have to make an account on a desktop to complete a reservation

Do I need travel insurance?Reasons to purchase trip insurance: trip interruption (delays, lost luggage, etc) trip cancelation for covered reasons (unforeseen injury or illness) unforeseen illness or injury to you or your family members before and during travels medical evacuation if you get sick or injured during travel medical coverage during your trip including hospital you're trip is not refundable if you have a pre existing condition In your specific situation, you have to ask yourself: Am I Okay with the risk of losing the dollar value of this trip should something happen or having to self insure if there is an accident or illness with the cost of emergency medical evacuation Please let me know if you choose NOT to purchase trip insurance.

Do you break down the cost on bundled packages?Many of our suppliers provide bundled rates without breaking down individual components (hotels, transfers, tours, etc) Because our ground operators have contracted rates from local vendors, we do not have acceess to this confidential information.
